Worked with technical writer to conceive and single handedly create an onboarding carousel to introduce the customers to the new experience. This was the first time the idea of onboarding was introduced on the Akamai platforms. I developed a friendly, minimalistic style for the illustrations to go with the approachable tone of the content.
